THZD Machinery Co., Ltd is a manufacturer of vibration equipment and belt conveyor and crusher private joint-stock enterprises. The company is located in Xinxiang City, Henan Province. Registered capital of 16 million USD, 6.5 million USD of liquidity, covers an area of 36,000 square meters, construction area of 15,000 square meters.　

The main productions are high-frequency linear vibrating screen, vibrating screen series, series banana screen, the series of anti-resonance vibrating screen, circular vibrating screen series, series of cold screen, hot screen, vibrating feeder screens, DF exciters series. There are more than 30 kinds of products, more than 300 standard models and a variety of oil lubrication vibrators, mat and other spare parts. Products are mainly used for screening and transporting metallurgical, mining, coal, coke, power generation, ports and other materials. Design features of THZD screen

THZD screens are manufactured in-house in our own ISO9000 quality certified manufacturing plant.

The entire manufacturing process is subject to quality management, and all components are tested throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that the final components meet international quality standards.

The design structure of the screen is very reasonable, and has been extensively tested and adjusted to eliminate stress-induced cracking.

The side panels are welded-free and assembled with Hack bolts to ensure minimal stress on the structure.

The exciter beam is a box-shaped beam structure designed with FEA software and designed and tested with strain gauges to ensure trouble-free operation for many years.

The excitation beam is constructed using automatic "submerged arc" welding technology, and all welds are "full penetration".

The exciter beam uses high-strength bolts and lock nuts for bolt connection.

The exciter adopts heavy-duty bearings of internationally renowned brands to extend its service life.

The exciter castings are internally processed and inspected on a high-precision CNC machining center. Almost all other exciter parts are manufactured and processed in-house according to strict standards.

All exciters have undergone a 24-hour test run, and the bearing temperature is constantly monitored to ensure a reliable long service life.

All prefabricated steel structures are made of certified high-quality steel.

The THZD screening beam adopts an innovative and proven design and consists of tubular steel beams with full penetration welded flanges. The deck support is fixed by a cast steel saddle, which is machined and then connected with Huck bolts to fit the beam accurately and firmly.

All exciters and beams are heat treated to eliminate stress caused by welding.

The assembled beam is abrasive blasted to SA 2.5 grade, and then sprayed with two layers of high-quality polyurethane coating (total thickness of 6 mm) to provide corrosion and wear resistance throughout the life of the beam.

All beams and exciter beams are machined to precise lengths to ensure that the final screen assembly is strong and durable.

All screen stiffeners and supports are primed before installation and sealed with polyurethane sealant to provide high-quality corrosion protection.
